Reservation Cancellation Policy

At Innestro Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing flexibility while allowing us to manage our casino hotel operations efficiently.

Standard Reservations

For standard room reservations at our casino hotel:

  • More than 72 hours before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee
  • 48-72 hours before arrival: Refund minus a cancellation fee of one night's stay
  • 24-48 hours before arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount
  • Less than 24 hours before arrival: No refund available

Special Event Periods

During special events, holidays, and peak seasons (including major casino tournaments and conventions), a stricter cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 75% refund of the total reservation amount
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount
  • Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund available

Special event periods include, but are not limited to: New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, major sporting events, music festivals, and convention dates. Please check with our reservation team at the time of booking to confirm if your stay falls during a special event period.

VIP and Luxury Packages

For premium casino suites, VIP packages, and high-roller accommodations:

  • More than 21 days before arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee
  • 14-21 days before arrival: 75% refund of the total package price
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total package price
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund available

Modification Policy

We understand that flexibility is important. Here's our policy on modifying your reservation:

Date Changes

  • More than 72 hours before arrival: Date changes permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability. If the new dates have a different rate, the difference may apply.
  • Less than 72 hours before arrival: Date changes are subject to the cancellation policy. The original reservation may incur cancellation fees, and a new reservation will be created at current rates.

Room Type Changes

  • Upgrading: Room upgrades are subject to availability and may require payment of the rate difference.
  • Downgrading: Changing to a lower-priced room may not result in a refund of the difference, depending on how close to the arrival date the change is made.

Length of Stay Changes

  • Extending: Extensions are subject to availability and current rates.
  • Shortening: Reducing the length of stay is subject to the cancellation policy for the nights being cancelled.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your entire reservation may be cancelled, and you may be charged for the full stay amount.

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the remaining nights as per the cancellation policy unless we receive at least 24 hours' notice of your early departure.

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 or more rooms) at our casino hotel, please refer to the terms specified in your group contract. Group reservations typically have different cancellation policies tailored to the specific arrangements.

Casino Package Cancellations

For packages that include casino credit, tournament entries, or special gaming arrangements:

  • Casino package elements are generally non-refundable once confirmed
  • Some elements may be transferable to another guest with advance notice and management approval
  • VIP gaming arrangements may have specific terms outlined at booking

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) that prevent you from reaching our casino hotel or us from providing accommodation, we will issue a full refund or offer to reschedule your stay without penalties.
